What is the shipping process for my purchases?
All purchases are shipped in a padded gift box. The gift box is then placed in a small white mailing box with recycled padding materials. It is shipped via 1rst Class USPS with tracking. A tracking number will be provided to you the day your purchase is shipped.
What is the shipping rate?
Shipping and the gift box is already included in the price. There will be no extra charge for shipping. If an item is returned a $10 restock fee will be assessed.
What is the shipping time?
Purchased items are sent out within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary from 1-3 business days.
What does it mean an item is on backorder?
When an items is backordered but still available for purchase it means I can remake that item for you. Expect 7-10 days to recreate the item and get it to your mailbox. You are welcome to email or text me to get a more specific time frame as each piece takes a different amount of time to create.
Do you ship out of the United States?
Sorry, I only ship to the United States.
Will my copper jewelry get on my skin or clothes?
All jewelry has been treated with Protect-a-clear. A non-toxic invisible coating that prevents your jewelry from tarnishing. This keeps your skin and clothes safe for many years. It also gives your jewelry extra stability and makes the stones shine. When necessary you can recoat your jewelry at home. Protect-a-clear is available to anyone to purchase and they provide very easy instructions. Check Amazon or Google “Protect-a-clear” to purchase. It is manufactured in the USA.
Can I wear my jewelry in the sun?
Avoid long periods of bright direct sunlight when wearing a gemstone as it can fade the stone. This is true with any jewelry that contains real natural gemstones. When not wearing your jewelry, store it in a location out of direct sunlight.
Is my jewelry warrantied?
If your jewelry breaks please contact me with photos and we will try and resolve. I will not replace jewelry that broke due to dropping it, abuse, or accidents but most accidents can be repaired.
Are the pens handmade and who makes them?
All pens were carved on a lathe from a block of wood by my adult son. The internal mechanisms accept cross-type refills. These are one of a kind ink pens and make a beautiful gift. They come in a nice gift box and are shipped in the same manner and time frame as jewelry.
Isn’t Metaphysical a witchcraft thing?
No. Metaphysics is the branch of philosophy which considers the ultimate nature of reality. The word “metaphysical” translates to “above the physical.” All religions are metaphysical to a degree in that they accept various beliefs on faith, not on physical evidence. Metaphysical Spirituality is a science, philosophy, and religion that seeks to understand the invisible, spiritual nature of all life which transcends the physical, material plane in which we now live.
Are the metaphysical properties listed for the stones true?
Many strongly believe in metaphysical properties of gemstones so I list the information I can find about them for their benefit. I believe that just knowing what the gemstones might help with, may make it happen because you are thinking about it in your subconscious. The mind is a very powerful thing.
Where exactly is the copper manufactured?
I use copper from two different American companies. Parawire, which is manufactured in East Orange, New Jersey. And Rio Grande which comes from Freeport-McMoran mines in Arizona and New Mexico. I chose to use these companies to support American based suppliers.
Where in America does the Copper Ball chain come from?
Black epoxy coating over steel ball chain and pure copper ball chain is manufactured in Mount Vernon, NY. Ball chain is 9001:2008 certified by the International Organization for Standardization and is also recognized by the Green Business Bureau as a certified “green business”.
