Returns & Refunds Policy
I will accept returns and refunds within 30 days of the purchase arriving at the ship to location.
Purchases from December 1-15 have until Jan 20th to request a return and refund.
Please note: Any refunds requested for items purchased through Amazon will be handled by Amazon.
Returns and Refund details
I will provide a downloadable copy of a return label.
Item must be returned in original gift box, with all printed materials, and in unworn condition.
After the item is returned in satisfactory condition, the purchase price less $5 for my initial shipping and packaging costs will be issued to the original purchase method.

All pieces are carefully made to ensure years of enjoyment.
This is not mass produced jewelry. Each piece is thoroughly inspected before it is packaged and mailed out.
I will not replace jewelry that broke due to dropping it, abuse, or accidents.
Accidents do happen and I am happy to help get your piece back in order, simply contact me me with photos and we can work together to resolve.
